All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom and personalized orders may require additional time depending on the design.

We ship using Canada Post and all shipments include tracking.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Poppin Perfection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of Canada Post, Poppin Perfection is not responsible for delays or lost packages, but we will gladly assist in filing a claim.
